Cook bone-in chicken thighs for 22–25 minutes at 190°C (fan 170°C / 374°F, gas mark 5).
Method
- Pat the thighs dry and rub with a little oil and seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
- Cook skin-side up in a single layer for 22–25 minutes (bone-in) until the skin is crisp and golden.
How to tell it's cooked
- Juices run clear when pierced at the thickest part.
- No pink meat remains near the bone.
- A thermometer reads at least 75°C in the thickest part, not touching the bone.
